The fees cover your rights to use the Shawarmacho brand, initial training, support services, and access to recipes and special systems.
Following the opening, there is a franchise and management fee of 15% of net sales which covers ongoing support, brand services and oversight of operations.
Typically, the process from site selection to grand opening takes several months, depending on site approvals, equipment, permits, and training.
